Stump Grinding Most commonly used process is grinding 1" to 12"
depths. For backyard use the needed clearance for equipment is
36" gate access.
 Grinding 12" to 36"dephths are used for
replanting in the same exact area or where depth may be
required.
 Utilization of a back hole is necessary where new
construction or remodeling may be occurring.
Recommendations: Always grind existing stumps, as they can be a host for unwanted insects and diseases. Stumps also can potentially become a liability or hazard and continue to grow sprouts that are unsightly. |
